The Healthy Living Expo is coming to the First National Bank Exhibition Hall at The Ranch on March 9, 2013 from 9am to 3pm for a full day of health, fitness, demonstrations, speakers and wellness, including a Health Fair conducted by University of Colorado Health. All FREE to the public.

This is the second year that Northern Colorado has had a health event of this magnitude that engages equal opportunity for all health related businesses to get in front of the public and share how they can help improve lives. The Healthy Living Expo is a way to find information about a healthier lifestyle. Some hot topics include; losing a few pounds, getting straighter teeth, finding options for back pain and achieving better looking skin.

Essentially, looking good and feeling good are top priorities in 2013.
